Recruitment Process
When you register with JES we follow a thorough and effective recruitment process:
1. Sourcing: Send us an updated resume. From here we can begin to understand your skills, experience and strengths.
2. Screening: A consultant will call you for an informal phone interview. You may be asked to elaborate on some of qualifications or experience or even provide further information than what is contained on your resume. If we think that there is a potential to match your skills and abilities with one of our clients or job opportunities we will ask you to attend a formal interview at a mutually acceptable time.
3. Interview: We interview you personally to assess your skills, experience, abilities, attitude and behavior. You will also be required to produce supporting original evidence of any Trade or Academic qualification, tickets, licences, work visas or citizenship papers. You will also be required to bring your Banking, Superannuation, and any IncoLink or Co-Invest details to complete a formal Job Application & General Induction.
4. Reference Checks: The referees or references that you provided will be contacted and checked.
5. Testing: Some employers require different levels of testing. This may include but is not limited to General Medical, Drug & Alcohol, Psychometric and General Aptitude testing in your field.
6. Candidate: Applicants that have successfully completed the Recruitment Process are confirmed as candidates and made available for placement with a prospective employer.
