We also know that often you need more than a single person to fill a role or you may need assistance with industrial relations, health and safety compliance, conflict issues, payroll or communication. Recruitment Process
Jobsforce Employment Services offers a straightforward yet thorough and effective recruitment process:
- Together we identify and agree on what your business needs are and what qualifications the best fit candidate would have!
- We search our existing database and / or target advertising to secure potential candidates
- We screen applicants over the phone and produce a list of suitable candidates
- We interview the most suitable applicants and produce a shortlist of candidates
- We check references, currency of any licenses or trade certificates and conduct police checks if required
- We conduct applicant testing as required, such as aptitude, psychological and medical (including Drug & Alcohol) testing etc…
- We provide a recommendation or several; according to your requirements.
We acknowledge that the most suitable fit for employers and employees is to consider all aspects of the placement and ensuring that each of their individual needs are as closely matched as possible. Our approach takes into consideration; required skills, costs, an organizations culture, work environment, placement duration, OHS&E standards & employee ethic. Placement Options
Choice and Flexibility is what we are about at JES. We place people into temporary and permanent roles across commercial, administration, industrial and trades positions.
Casual
Ideal when you need someone for an ad hoc or contract role, casual placements are charged at an hourly rate, based on the award or EBA applicable to your site. JES rates include wages and on costs, including WorkCover premiums, redundancies, superannuation payments, public liability insurance, payroll tax, and professional indemnity cover. Permanent
This method is used for the direct placement of an applicant sourced by JES. Our professional fee is based on the worker's annual salary package and includes a XX week guarantee period. Please contact us for further information regarding our fee structure.
Temporary to Permanent
JES places a person for you to evaluate before your company needs to offer full-time employment. A weekly hire rate applies (much the same as Casual), based on your site award or EBA structure. If the candidate is successful, a final placement fee is calculated, based on the length of continual service at your site. Please contact us for further information regarding our fee structure.
