In June 1997, Jobsforce was established as an employment placement organisation to meet the needs of medium to large sized organisations that had begun to outsource the recruitment of their blue and white-collar employees. We recognised that employers required an on call, casual pool of experienced staff, supplied by a quality provider who was able to offer an integrated service while paying strict attention to customer relations.
